Located along Highway 71 between Kimball and Scottsbluff, we have the wonderful opportunity to get our core ingredients from local Nebraska producers including Lazy W Diamond Ranch, High Point Bison, Gooper Greens and Hoot Owl Ranch. Our ingredients come right off the farm and served fresh to your table.
